As a fun challenge: we would say dress to impress the artist within.
What is the most artistic outfit that you are okay getting messy in? Thinking overalls or coveralls.
Yes, sometimes clay gets on you even when you weren’t touching it in the studio. Welcome to ceramics. Clay does wash out pretty well but wear something you don’t mind getting messy.

“I absolutely la la la love this space! It's such a beautiful space and community. Love the wide range of offerings, from copalero making, new moon and full moon circles, & plant medicine! I went once randomly and haven't been able to stop going since! I have found myself attending at least one of their unique offerings about once a month for the past 6 months and I plan to continue!"

“I took the beginner and immediate class at Artillery. All the instructors are super talented, kind and patient. Now, I have the monthly membership and it’s been such a creative oasis to build and connect with community in the Mission District. There’s always cool workshops happening where members receive discounts. I love their community involvement and sustainability practices."

loved this place! stumbled upon it and the human working there were bomb! inviting, smiling, they answered my many questions, showed me around the studio and the yard. they display and sell different artists' (employees and students!) creations. good vibes for real in this place. will definitely carve out a minute to take a class next time I'm in town.
