Introducing Our Studio Tea & Cacao Bar

We’re thrilled to announce the activation of our Studio Tea & Cacao Bar, opening January 2026 at the front of Artillery AG Ceramics Studio in San Francisco’s Mission District.

Launching as a Sundays-only offering, this new space is envisioned as a vibrant drink bar, gallery, and creative community hub — a place to slow down, make something with your hands, and connect in meaningful ways.

This Third Space is more than just a place to grab a drink. It’s where creativity, culture, and community meet.

Artillery Ceramics — A San Francisco Pottery Studio & Third Space

Artillery AG has long existed as more than a pottery studio. With the introduction of our Tea & Cacao Bar, we are expanding our interpretation of a Third Space — one that supports creativity, connection, personal growth, and overall well-being.

At its core, we believe art brings people together. And when paired with heart-centered, wellness-focused beverages, that experience deepens. Each Sunday, guests are invited to sip thoughtfully prepared herbal teas by Apothecary For The People or enjoy a warming, ethically sourced cacao drink — all designed to calm the nervous system and nourish the body.

Surrounded by rotating artwork on the walls, clay in your hands, and community around the table, the studio becomes a place to arrive fully.

During our Tea + Cacao Bar Sundays, the studio opens its doors to creative exploration in an accessible, welcoming way.

Visitors are invited to:

Paint a handmade ceramic piece created by an in-house artist

Work with clay through guided, self-led making

Experience pottery without committing to a full class

Whether you’re glazing a bisque piece, shaping clay for the first time, or simply observing the creative flow, this is a space where art and daily life intertwine.

Paired with healing herbal teas or cacao beverages, the experience is designed to feel grounding, nourishing, and joyful.

A Space to Appreciate

Our gallery area will feature a rotating collection of work by local artists and studio members, including handmade ceramics, paintings, prints, and mixed-media pieces.

Every piece tells a story — and many will be available for purchase, giving visitors an opportunity to support artists directly. Through memberships, one-time classes, and community-centered events, Artillery AG supports both seasoned artists and those just beginning their creative journey.
